THIS ROLE ENTAILS
- Produce content for inbound marketing activities such as blogs, testimonials, newsletters, social media, etc.
- Review, update and edit existing content
- Assist in planning and implementing multi-channel content calendar such as website, social media, events, software, etc.
- Measure campaigns’ effectiveness with OKRs
- Create high-quality and consistent content for lead nurturing programs such as email campaigns, onboarding guides, help center articles
- Coordinate with the design team to produce visual materials
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years of content writing or 1+ years of work-related experience
- Proficiency in social media and journalism
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress) and using social media for business
- Skills: English (Advanced writing), Research
- Ability to design and experience in the IT industry are preferred
