MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide the perfect service experience for every customer
- Ensure the customer feels welcome in the restaurant
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to our customers.
- Look for ways to consolidate service and increase table turns
- Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage
- Know perfectly the menu
- Make the drinks after training with our barista (hot and cold beverages)
- Cut the fruit
- Ability to sell our products
- Make additional sales (desserts, bakery, coffees…)
- Clean the tables in the good way by following the process
- Clean work areas, utensils, equipment
- Set up or restock product in the fridge
- Check if equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES
- Must have good communication skills in English
- Previous work experience in a café / restaurant.
- Customer Service mindset
- Have a good interpersonal skill
