THE JOB
Lacàph is looking for a dedicated Coffee Guide with relevant experience in engaging, courteous barista who is passionate about beverage preparation and training, especially coffee industry
WORKING PLACE
Lacàph Space Saigon (head office): 220 Nguyen Cong Tru, District 1, HCMC
PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Barista
● Prepare and serve coffee drinks
● Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, equipment, and seating area
● Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
2. Salesperson
● Welcome, describe menu items, and consult Lacàph products to customers
● Service customers and take care of orders
● Support Lacàph Space Manager to check and keep track of inventory
3. Training
● Guide customers about the coffee lessons and provide excellent customer service to our customers with professionalism
● Going above and beyond at times to get the job done
REQUIREMENTS
● Knowledge and passion for coffee or have a strong interest in learning all about coffee
● Espresso expert experience is an advantage
● Have experience as a barista for at least 1 year
● Good in English communication
● Hard-working, trustable, and self-motivated
● Submit CV in English

● Salary: Negotiation – depending on portfolio, experience, and qualifications
● 1 day off/week
● 12 paid days annual leave/ year; the national holidays paid days as regulation
